Enhancing HVAC Equipment Production with Streamlined Processes

Partnering with Green Appliances (Pvt) LTD, a trailblazer in HVAC equipment in Pakistan since 2015 with their “Green Air” brand, presented us with a multifaceted challenge. They faced issues with inventory management, financial control over imports and landed costs, production process efficiency, and lacked proper platforms for payables, receivables, and cheque management. Our team stepped in to implement a serialized inventory system, introduced the Landed Costs module for real-time financial tracking, and standardized Bill of Materials (BOMs) for efficient production processes. Additionally, we leveraged SAP B1’s default functionality for post-dated cheque (PDC) maintenance and invoice reconciliation, while customizing system-generated reports to meet their specific needs. As a result, Green Appliances now benefits from streamlined inventory tracking, accurate costing, improved production efficiency, and enhanced financial control, reinforcing their position as an industry leader committed to quality and customer satisfaction.
