Pakistan’s health sector lacks a common digital platform which could aid doctors and patients alike by saving documentation of receipts, records, and medical history, which could also be used for claims. In the absence of such a program, Synavos helped fill the gap by developing a one-stop solution to cater to the market.

Patients will now have a facility to go through doctor reviews and ratings before booking their appointments with nearby doctors. The platform will also provide e-consultations with doctors from different departments and patients will be able to keep a complete record of their appointments, medical records, and lab results in one place. The Platform will also ensure Corporate Medical Claims within the portal.

The app helped the entire ecosystem of healthcare by making the process efficient and smooth. For the general public, it provided them with better access to healthcare through a fast and user-friendly app. Increased visibility on the local map through real-time locations for doctors. The app further helped in improved communication with people looking for healthcare, provided access to big data regarding health and medical industry and lastly digitized the entire insurance and claim management process.
