Aim was not only to develop a ticketing platform but to go beyond simple automation of the existing process. Synavos team reinvented the entire process, including cutting the number of steps and touch points required to book a ticket and enjoy the event. We integrated AI into the app that allows users to see the events nearby and attend the event with zero to no hassle.

Ticketlake allows end-users to see the latest or upcoming events near their location via the geolocation feature and book the tickets via a single click. The ticketing platform covers a wide variety of events such as movies, concerts and food festivals etc.
